The network includes four senior homes located in central cities in Israel – Tel Aviv, Ra’anana, Modi’in, and Lehavim. Currently, construction of Palace Rishon LeZion is in its final stages. Costs vary between the homes, depending on their location and unique characteristics. When exploring senior homes, you should also check if the staff are company employees; ask to eat at the restaurant and assess the standard of food and maintenance; talk to residents; ask if the home has medical clinics operating throughout the day; observe the cleanliness in the apartments and public areas; note how you are welcomed at the reception desk and evaluate the leisure programs offered by the facility.

Yes! According to the Senior Home Law, every person is entitled to a three-month trial period. At Palace, you can extend the trial period to six months. If you decide to leave the home during the trial period, you will need to give us 14 days’ notice. If you decide to leave after the trial period ends, you will need to give us 90 days’ notice.

To make things easier for you, we have created a variety of commitment packages that allow for the deferral of the residence deposit. We invite you to choose the package that suits you best.

You are invited to choose the right apartment for you from a variety of options. All the apartments in our homes face a view, are styled, air-conditioned, and equipped with electrical appliances. We have garden apartments and apartments on different floors, ranging from studios to one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments.

You are welcome to bring your small pets with you to Palace. You will need to provide a veterinary certificate and take care of your pets yourself.
