I believe that education and investment in employees lead to the creation of a better company, particularly in a sector that provides services to seniors. I have worked in senior housing for 18 years, and served as CFO and owner’s representative at Palace Tel Aviv. When the company was acquired by the Azrieli Group, I was appointed as the chain’s CFO, and have been with the chain from its first business acquisition to becoming the sector leader. I am now in charge of the Chain’s finance and IT department. I hold a B.A. in accounting and IT systems, and an MBA.
