Love, warmth and compassion are my key values in manpower management, resident relationships, and all other aspects of management – big and small alike. The community we created at Palace is a human mosaic of residents, families, friends and employees. I believe openness and giving are an empowering, winning combination, and my goal is therefore to take initiative, develop and enable our community members to be active, both inside and out. I have a B.A. in business administration and have held managerial positions in the senior housing sector for the last 30 years.
