Over the last ten years, as part of the management team at the Palace Chain, I have led the creation and promotion of digital innovation both within and outside the organization. I am thrilled at the privilege of working with our residents, which for me makes working in senior housing a personal mission. Through e-platforms I tell their story, of the new life that they have chosen, and the world of good they create for themselves. The opportunity to meet and get to know our residents and their families, their needs and wishes, and working to improve their quality of life and enjoyment, are what lead me to give holistic and uncompromising service. I hold a B.A. in psychology and a diploma in customer experience and PPC management.
