I believe that a good quality of life guarantees longevity and that families are our partners in care. My managerial concept is “we are here thanks to the seniors, and seniors are at the center”. Over the last four years I have headed the Palace fourth-age nursing center, which includes eight units, including a complex-care unit and rehabilitation unit. I have previously managed and established senior centers, including chronic care (nursing care/frailty) units, and active units (ventilated/rehabilitation/complex). Over the last 33 years I have served as an administrative manager in the senior care sector. I hold an academic degree in marketing and sales, and diplomas in senior housing management and many other courses in this area, including emergency management.
